Professionals Shaofei Zhang

Work experience

Ms. Zhang has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since 2025.  Prior to joining Han Kun, she worked at Jun He LLP's Qingdao office.  Ms. Zhang focuses her practice on venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, public capital markets transactions, and foreign direct investment.  Her responsibilities include legal research, conducting due diligence, and drafting and reviewing transaction documents.

Educational background

Ms. Zhang obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) from Tianjin University and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Nankai University in 2020.  Subsequently, she earned her Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in Corporate and Financial Services Law from the National University of Singapore in 2022.
