Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Gao worked with a well-known law firm in its dispute resolution practice.
Ms. Gao mainly engages in legal services in the field of dispute resolution, and has undertaken cases involving equity transfer, shareholder capital contribution, contract disputes, guarantee disputes, disputes over financial derivatives, and disputes over liability for securities misrepresentation. Ms. Gao has published a number of professional practice articles and participated in a number of special legal studies on financial and commercial matters, and is a core member of the outstanding key projects of the China Securities Association in 2022 and 2023.
