Work experience

Ms. Xu specializes in capital markets and other corporate matters.  She has represented multiple China-based issuers and international underwriters in U.S. IPOs and Hong Kong IPOs, and has represented listed companies in various compliance, corporate governance, and transactional matters.

Educational background

Ms. Xu obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from Beijing Normal University.  She also holds a Juris Master degree from Peking University.
