Work experience

Ms. Fan specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services mainly include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, assisting in negotiations and closing matters, and corporate compliance.

Educational background

Ms. Fan received a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Peking University Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Peking University Guanghua School of Management.
