Work experience

Ms. Song has been practicing as a lawyer since 2023.  Before joining Han Kun in May 2025, Ms. Song worked at Beijing Zhong Lun Law Firm, Beijing East & Concord Law Firm, and interned with Beijing Dahui Law Firm.
Ms. Song is mainly engaged in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity and venture capital, covering due diligence of target companies, transaction structure design, drafting and reviewing of core legal documents in various transactions, issuing legal opinions, and assisting in transaction negotiations.
