Work experience

Ms. Huang specializes in handling civil and commercial disputes.  She handles cases mainly including equity repurchase disputes, equity transfer disputes and other cases in the investment and financing field, as well as other corporate disputes, contract disputes, labor disputes, and enforcement cases.  Ms. Huang has also provided compliance and perennial legal services to many companies.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Huang practiced law for several years at Zhong Lun Law Firm in Beijing.

Educational background

Ms. Huang graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Juris Master degree.
