Work experience

Huichan Feng specialises in intellectual property, dispute resolution, and related legal matters, with a practice covering copyright, trademark, unfair competition, and other areas.  Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Feng worked at Long An Guangzhou Law Firm, providing legal services to leading internet companies such as Tencent and USERJOY as well as well-known music producers.  She has been deeply involved in several complex and challenging cases, accumulating extensive and valuable experience in IP litigation.  The cases she represented have been selected as "2024 Typical Intellectual Property Case in Guangdong IP Protection Association " and "2024 Excellent Case of Lingnan IP Litigation".

Educational background

Ms. Feng received a master's degree in Intellectual Property Law in 2023 from The University of Edinburgh and a bachelor's degree in Law in 2021 from Guangdong University of Finance & Economics.
