Work experience

Mr. Wang joined Han Kun in 2025, and his main practice area is commercial dispute resolution.  Mr. Wang has assisted in litigation and arbitration cases mainly involving financial loan contract disputes, securities misrepresentation disputes, liability of managers and custodians of financial products, bond default disputes and other financial and securities disputes.

Educational background

Mr. Wang received his Bachelor of Laws degree from Sichuan University in 2023 and his Master of Laws degree from Renmin University of China in 2025.
