Work experience

Mr. Ning has been practicing law since 2025.
Mr. Ning focuses on private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Ning interned in the assurance department of PwC and the private equity division of Xinjin Holdings.

Educational background

Mr. Ning obtained his bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, and Science from China University of Political Science and Law in 2025.
