Ms. Liu previously worked as a trainee lawyer and then associate in a well-known law firm. Her work focuses on capital markets and general corporate affairs, including de-SPAC-related transactions, share dispute litigation, bankruptcy, and other general corporate affairs.
Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Liu also served as a student research assistant in international investment law at the Faculty of Law of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where she also served as a part-time research assistant in corporate law.
