Professionals Ziyan Shen

Work experience

Mr. Shen mainly focuses on corporate compliance, white-collar defense, and export control and economic sanction matters.  He is responsible for drafting, reviewing and translating legal documents, and assists companies to conduct internal investigations.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Shen had work experience at Jones Day, Morgan Lewis, Hogan Lovells, Herbert Smith Freehills and other international law firms.

Educational background

Mr. Shen graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with an LL.B. degree and graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a J.M. degree.
