Work experience

Ms. Li specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.  She primarily practices in industries such as real estate, consumer goods, and bio-healthcare.  Ms. Li has provided legal services for private equity funds in their investments and financings as well as acted for issuers or underwriters in domestic listings and refinancings for a variety of Chinese companies.  Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Li worked with Zhong Lun Law Firm and Haiwen & Partners in Shanghai.

Ms. Li graduated from Fudan University with an LL.B. degree and an LL.M. degree.
