Professionals Kecheng Zhao

Work experience

Mr. Zhao specializes in banking and finance, aviation and aviation finance, as well as general corporate law.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Zhao has accumulated extensive internship experience at Allen & Gledhill LLP, the Shanghai Representative Office of French Leaf Law Firm, and Zhong Lun Law Offices, where he gained valuable insights into banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, among other areas.  Mr. Zhao has participated in numerous cross-border syndicated financing projects where he conducted due diligence, drafted and reviewed various transaction documents, engaged in negotiations, and assisted with closing processes.  Through these experiences, Mr. Zhao provides comprehensive legal services to both domestic and international financial institutions.

Educational background

Mr. Zhao received his LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law and LL.M. degree from National University of Singapore.
