Professionals Yuxuan (Leven) Shi

Work experience

Mr. Shi specializes in venture capital and private equity, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  His legal services mainly include legal due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Shi received his LL.B. degree from Nanjing University in 2021.  In 2025, he earned an LL.M. degree from Nanjing University and an LL.M. degree from University of Göttingen.
