Ms. Ma focuses on civil and commercial dispute resolution and is highly familiar with the procedures and key practical aspects of handling common types of dispute cases. Ms. Ma has assisted in handling a range of commercial disputes, including equity repurchase disputes, securities misrepresentation liability disputes, creditor subrogation disputes, financial leasing disputes, and property service contract disputes.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Ma gained valuable legal experience through internships at prestigious institutions, including the Securities Compliance and Securities Litigation team of Jingtian & Gongcheng in Beijing.
