Work experience

Mr. Song specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital.  He has been involved in transactions across a wide range of sectors, including TMT, life sciences and healthcare, as well as consumer and retail industries.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Song interned with the Corporate Finance team at JunHe LLP and the Funds team at King & Wood Mallesons.

Educational background

Mr. Song holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from China University of Political Science and Law.
