Work experience

Ms. Guo specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Guo received an LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2022 and later received a LL.M. degree from Renmin University of China in 2025.
