Ms. Wang specializes in private equity and venture capital and general corporate matters.  Her legal services mainly include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, assisting with deal negotiation and closing, and corporate compliance.

Ms. Wang graduated from Southwest University of Political Science & Law with a Bachelor of Law degree in 2023 and a Master of Law degree from the University of International Business and Economics in 2025.
