Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Xie served as an international legal counsel at a leading automaker, supporting overseas expansion of automotive businesses with a focus on data compliance and AI compliance.  Ms. Xie previously completed legal internships at JunHe LLP and King & Wood Mallesons in Beijing.  Ms. Xie's practice focuses on data protection, technology, media, and telecoms.  Ms. Xie serves clients in a variety of industries, including the automotive sector.  She provides advice on full-spectrum legal compliance solutions for outbound data operations.

Educational background

Ms. Xie received an LL.B. degree from Northwest University of Political Science and Law in 2020, an LL.M. degree from University of Hamburg in 2022 and an LL.M. degree from China University of Political Science and Law  in 2023.
