Ms. Zhang joined Han Kun Law Offices in July 2025, after having worked in Zhong Lun Law Firm and National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co., Ltd. (Beijing Stock Exchange).

Ms. Zhang received an LL.B. degree from Renmin University of China in 2019 and an LL.M. degree from Tsinghua University in 2022.
