Before joining Han Kun in 2025, Yulun trained and practised at a well-regarded law firm in Singapore, where he worked on a range of corporate and regulatory matters. His experience includes assisting on equity capital markets and M&A transactions, such as share placements, secondary fundraisings, takeovers and joint ventures, as well as general compliance matters involving Singapore-listed companies.
He has worked with issuers, sponsors, financial advisers, and investors across various sectors, providing practical legal support on complex corporate transactions, including assisting clients in their communications with regulatory authorities such as SGX, MAS, and SIC.
