Work experience

Yifei Tu joined Han Kun in 2025.  Her principal practice areas encompass banking and finance, financial service and regulatory, and general corporate matters.  She actively participates in the drafting and review of loan and project documents, assists in project compliance reviews, and conducts legal and regulatory policy research.
Ms. Tu has provided legal support to numerous financial institutions and borrowers in transactions including syndicated loans and bilateral financings.

Ms. Tu received her Bachelor of Laws degree from Fudan University in 2025.
