Ms. Yu mainly engages in private equity and venture capital, foreign direct investment, domestic and overseas listing and restructuring, as well as daily corporate legal affairs. She is primarily responsible for providing clients with legal services such as legal due diligence and drafting and reviewing transaction documents. Ms. Yu focuses on industries including technology, internet, medical pharmaceuticals, media, and TMT.
Ms. Yu graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's degree in Law, and obtained a master's degree in Law from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
