Ms. Xiao mainly engages in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment and outbound investment, and general corporate legal advisory services.  Her practice covers multiple industries including technology, fintech, life sciences and healthcare, and real estate.

Educational background

Ms. Xiao received an LL.B. degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2023.  She received an MCL degree from the University of Hong Kong in 2025.
