Professionals Rui Zhang

Work experience

Mr. Zhang's practice areas include venture capital and private equity financing, cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, general corporate matters, and tax planning.  His work mainly involves drafting and reviewing transaction documents, advising on corporate compliance, and conducting legal and policy research.

Educational background

Mr. Zhang received his LL.B. from China University of Political Science and Law in 2019, and earned his LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2022.
