Work experience

Ms. Shi specializes in international sanctions, export controls and corporate compliance.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Shi worked at China’s Ministry of Commerce.

Educational background

Ms. Shi received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 2021 from Tsinghua University and an LL.M. in 2024 from Peking University.
