Work experience

Ms. Ye specializes in the formation and operation of domestic and foreign private investment funds.  Her legal services include the registration of private investment funds and fund managers, drafting and reviewing fund documents, legal due diligence, and legal research.

Educational background

Ms. Ye received a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Economics degree in 2024 from Xiamen University, and she later received a Master of Laws degree in 2025 from Cornell Law School.
