Work experience

Mr. Yao has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since August 2025, where he specializes in financial and investment dispute resolution, including specific legal services for securities firms, investment and financing legal relationship dispute resolution services, debt collection dispute resolution services.  He has an in-depth understanding and extensive practical experience in areas such as fund custody and outsourcing, derivative transactions, equity investment and repurchase, and merger and acquisition disputes.
Mr. Yao began his legal career in 2024 and interned and worked at V&T Law Firm from March 2024 to July 2025.

Educational background

Mr. Yao obtained a LL.M degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2024.
