Work experience

Since joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Jia Yuan has focused primarily on investment fund formation and operations, advising domestic and international clients across the full lifecycle of RMB and USD funds, including fundraising, investment, management, and exit.  Her practice covers private fund manager registration and fund filing, drafting and reviewing transaction documents for funds and related investment platforms, and legal due diligence.

Educational background

Ms. Yuan graduated from Leiden University with a Master of Laws degree in Law and Finance in 2025 and received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Wuhan University in 2023.
