Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Xu Ma interned at Haiwen & Partners and Global Law Office in Beijing, focusing on overseas listings and investment and financing matters. He later practiced at Fangda Partners in Shanghai, where he worked on investment and financing, domestic and overseas listings, and general corporate matters.
Mr. Ma's practice primarily covers private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, capital markets, corporate compliance, and general corporate matters.
