Ms. Pang qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2023.  She focuses her practice on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate and commercial matters.  Ms. Pang has experience advising Chinese and international clients on various corporate transactions and legal issues and has rendered services to enterprises of different sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, media, energy, retail, and family offices.

Educational background

Ms. Pang graduated from The London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in 2020 and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from City University of Hong Kong in 2021.
