Professionals Ruisheng Ge

Work experience

From 2021 to 2025, Mr. Ge was an associate at King & Wood Mallesons Shanghai Office. Mr. Ge has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since September 2025.
Mr. Ge specializes in legal affairs related to real estates, including but not limited to foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity funds.  He has represented Chinese and foreign clients in complex equity transactions, due diligence, legal documents drafting and negotiations.  He has served as the legal counsel for several foreign enterprises and Chinese enterprises in which they've invested, handling corporate affairs and providing legal advices.  He also has expertise in other legal affairs including investments, development, construction, leases, transfers, mortgages and registrations of real estates.

Educational background

Mr. Ge received an LL.B. Degree in 2020 from the East China University of Political and Science.  In 2021, he obtained an LL.M. Degree from the University of Manchester.
