Mr. Quan joined Han Kun Law Offices in August 2025. Prior to joining Han Kun, he practiced as an attorney at a law firm in Shenzhen, where he focused on civil and commercial dispute resolution. He represented clients including a municipal government department, real estate companies, technology companies, and a transport company in various dispute resolution matters, and also served as their long-term legal counsel, providing legal advice on administrative compliance and corporate compliance.
At Han Kun, Mr. Quan’s practice primarily covers private equity and venture capital, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
