Work experience

Ms. Jiang Zixin primarily engages in legal practices related to private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate affairs.  She provides clients with services such as legal due diligence, drafting, reviewing, and translating transaction documents, as well as legal and policy research.

Educational background

Ms. Jiang Zixin completed her undergraduate studies at the School of International Law, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, earning a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2023.  She then pursued her graduate studies at New York University School of Law, where she obtained a LLM. degree in 2025.
