Ms. Zhou specializes in competition/anti-trust and compliance.  She also provides compliance advisory services to clients in the areas of artificial intelligence regulation, export controls and sanctions, and Chinese outbound investment.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Zhou worked for a well-known Red Circle law firm.
