Work experience

Ms. Tang is familiar with the drafting and review procedures for various fund legal documents and is responsible for due diligence, project compliance, risk disposition, and routine corporate legal matters.  Ms. Tang is mainly engaged in providing legal services to many mutual fund management companies and asset management institutions in the fields of raising and operating mutual fund products, asset management, and general compliance matters.

Ms. Tang obtained an LL.B. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
