Work experience

Ms. Li specializes in venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services mainly include legal due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Li received her LL.B. degree in 2024 from China University of Political Science and Law, and later obtained her LL.M. degree from Northwestern University in 2025.
