Mr. Wang has been working at Han Kun Law Offices in Shanghai since 2025, where he specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration. Mr. Wang has managed and assumed primary responsibility for all stages of over 100 civil and commercial litigation/arbitration cases. His expertise includes disputes arising from valuation adjustment mechanisms (VAMs), shareholder information rights, fiduciary duties, equity and partnership interest transfers, creditor avoidance actions, commercial leasing agreements, co-ownership conflicts, and negotiorum gestio.
