Work experience

Ms. Xu focuses her practice on private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets and general corporate matters.  She mainly engages in performing due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, corporate compliance checks and legal research.  Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Xu worked in JunHe LLP from July 2023 to June 2025.

Educational background

LL.B. degree in 2020 and LL.M. degree in 2023, both from China University of Political Science and Law.
