Ms. Zhu began her legal career in 2023, completing a three-year traineeship and associate tenure at Jia Yuan Law Firm. She joined Han Kun Law Offices in October 2025. Ms. Zhu focuses on the domestic and offshore formation of private-equity funds, the registration and modification of private-fund managers, and equity financing. Ms. Zhu has represented investment institutional or corporate clients in complex equity transactions, due diligence, and legal documents drafting and negotiations. Ms. Zhu also has served as the legal counsel for several enterprises and managers, handling corporate affairs and providing legal advice.
