Work experience

Ms. Sui has been practicing law since 2024.  She specializes in capital markets, private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Sui worked in Commerce & Finance Law Offices.

Educational background

Ms. Sui received an LL.B. degree in 2022 and a J.M. degree in 2024, both from University of International Business and Economics.
