Ms. Yang specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, and general corporate matters.  Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Yang worked at Grandway Law Offices, where she provided legal services in areas such as securities issuance and listing, mergers and acquisitions and financings.

Ms. Yang received an LL.B. degree from Tsinghua University and an LL.M. degree from University College London.
