Ms. Xue's practice primarily focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Xue's legal services include conducting legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and conducting legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Ms. Xue received her bachelor's degree in 2016 and master's degree in 2019 from the China University of Political Science and Law.
