Work experience

Jessica's practice focuses on corporate finance and general commercial matters.  She has participated in a broad range of corporate transactions including IPOs, equity offerings, M&A and regulatory compliance matters.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Jessica practiced at leading international, PRC and local law firms in Hong Kong.

Educational background

Jessica graduated from University College London with a Bachelor's degree in Economics.  She received a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law (formerly known as the College of London) in London and a PCLL from the City University of Hong Kong.
