Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Zhang worked at Global Law Offices.
Mr. Zhang's experience focuses on private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring matters.  Mr. Zhang advises clients on transaction structures, private equity and venture capital closing procedures, and M&A and corporate restructuring transactions.  He also conducts due diligence and drafts and reviews transaction documents.  In addition, Mr. Zhang advises on general corporate matters and offshore public offerings.

Educational background

Mr. Zhang received his LL.M. degree from SOAS University of London in 2014.  Prior to that, Mr. Zhang earned an LL.B. degree from Shantou University in 2012.
