Professionals Yilin Liu

Work experience

Ms. Liu has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since December 2025, where she specializes in cross-border investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investment.  She has represented a wide variety of clients, including multinational corporations, well-known funds from different industries such as biopharmaceuticals, automotive, semiconductors, internet and telecommunications.
Ms. Liu has been practicing law since 2022.  She previously worked at the Shanghai Branch of Beijing DeHeng Law Offices and Beijing JiaYuan Law Offices, and completed internships at Linklaters LLP and DS Avocats.

Educational background

In 2019, Ms. Liu was awarded a Bachelor of Arts from the School of Foreign Studies and a second bachelor's degree in Law from the Law School, both by Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.  She later earned a Master of Laws from the Sciences Po Law School in 2022.
