Work experience

Mr. Sun joined Han Kun in 2025.  His current practice area focuses on financial regulatory matters and providing services to domestic and international financial institutions.  He is familiar with the financial regulatory regime of the United States and other common law jurisdictions.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Sun practiced with a renowned U.S.-based law firm.
