Work experience

Mr. Sun joined Han Kun in 2025.  His current practice area focuses on financial regulatory matters and providing services to domestic and international financial institutions.  He is familiar with the financial regulatory regimes of the United States, Hong Kong SAR, and other common law jurisdictions.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Sun practiced with a renowned U.S.-based law firm.

Educational background

Mr. Sun earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University in 2020 and subsequently earned his Juris Doctor degree from Duke Law School in 2024.
