Ms. He primarily focuses on the establishment and operation of domestic and overseas investment funds. Before joining Han Kun, Ms. He interned at several well-known domestic law firms. Ms. He participates in setting up domestic private equity venture capital funds and provides operational and management services to private fund managers. Additionally, Ms. He represents both domestic and overseas limited partners in their investments in various types of RMB and USD funds. Ms. He also provides legal services related to manager registration and changes, as well as ongoing legal support, to multiple domestic private fund management firms.
