Work experience

Ms. Li's practice mainly involves private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  She is responsible for due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and corporate compliance matters.  Ms. Li's practice covers healthcare, manufacturing, and other industries.

Educational background

Ms. Li graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2024 and obtained a Master of Laws degree from the University of Manchester in 2025.
